  Dance anthropologist, peace practitioner, and cultural manager with over 12 years of experience working with women, youth, and communities affected by violence. Leads the organization’s strategic vision, program design, institutional partnerships, and international fundraising and cooperation processes. 

 Supports organizational strengthening processes, internal systems development, and strategic communications. Leads digital communication strategies, institutional positioning, content development, and visibility processes that strengthen the organization’s public presence, partnerships, and network-building efforts. 

Leads the organization’s sustainability strategy and partnership development processes. Supports resource mobilization systems, strategic alliances, and long-term financial resilience, strengthening the organization’s institutional growth and scalability.

 Leads community-based and intergenerational training processes, working directly with women, girls, youth, and elder knowledge bearers through culturally grounded heritage practices. Coordinates territorial implementation, community facilitation, and local leadership development, strengthening community ownership and sustainability of programs in Galeras and surrounding rural areas.  

 Leads financial management, budgeting, administrative systems, and institutional compliance. Responsible for financial planning, reporting, donor accountability, and regulatory oversight, ensuring transparency, sustainability, and organizational integrity.
