Virtual Courses on Body and Wellbeing

Achieving the feeling of well-being can be associated with different situations or emotions. However, a healthy mind and body will always remain at the core of a fulfilling life.

For this reason, we have created a series of virtual courses on body and well-being so that, according to different interests and needs, participants can carry out different bodily practices. 

Hatha Yoga and Visana is a practice with multiple physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Today we highlight some of them:

  2. Eliminates and helps fight infections
  3. Reduces anxiety and stress (improves sleep quality)
  4. Strengthens conscious and correct breathing

Growing old brings many bodily and emotional changes, which is why we consider it crucial to maintain daily physical activity.
