Population at risk

When we speak of populations at risk, we refer to any person who, according to their socio-cultural environment and/or personal development, is vulnerable or limited to fully accessing and exercising their rights. Among them, some salient subgroups need special attention because of their gender, age, ethnicity, social condition, disability status, poverty, forced displacement, refugee or migratory status, among others.
