This is an initiative created in alliance with Hermanos Brothers Organization for the Subsecretary of Educative Quality and Pertinence of the Secretary of Distrital Education (SED), in the framework of “Agreements for Educative Quality” strategy. Embodying Reconciliation and Hermanos Brothers led a process of identification of needs and challenges of each of the Educative Institutions participants in the pilot phase of the
strategy. Through a methodological route based in holistic and systemic perspective, appreciative paradigm and the link between creative and sensibilization tools we generated dialogue for a peace culture and contributed to the consolidation of empowered communities to which education can be a priority and a common purpose.
